Jim Fauci graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School, in Lansing Michigan in 1995 and was admitted to the New York State Bar the following Spring. While in law school he clerked for the Hon. Michael G. Harrison and the Michigan Attorney General. He has served on various boards including the Town of Malta Zoning Board and Saratoga P.L.A.N. (formally the Land Trust of Saratoga). He is currently the Town of Providence (Saratoga County) Town Attorney and the Village of Ballston Spa Attorney. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the Northern and Southern District of New York Federal Court, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Saratoga County Bar Association.
